All travel will be charged at the NDIS travel calculation:
30 minutes/60 x $222.99= $111.50
Travel is charged at a maximum of 30 minutes (Area 1-3)
We will attempt to minimise travel costs for all clients by scheduling appointments that permit efficiency in visits around similar postcodes and centres as far as is practicable.
Any report that is requested outside of included Medicare letters and NDIS review reports will be charged on a case by case basis at an hourly rate
Assessments are a process. There is no guarantee of a diagnosis. The goal is to ascertain individual strengths and weaknesses and to provide the most appropriate supports.
· An invoice will be sent following the initial parent interview for half of the fee.
· An invoice will be sent with the final amount once the report is completed.
· Once payment has been received, the report will be released and feedback session booked in.
· Turn around time for reports is 2-3 weeks from the time all paperwork is returned to the Psychologist

An initial fee of $160 is charged if a time is booked in the office to discuss supervision options. If a supervision arrangement commences this $160 is deducted from your first invoice

Medicare rebates are $96.65 for item number 80110 for an initial 6 sessions. A re- referral letter will be required if the further 4 sessions are required for a rebate to be claimed.
We are able to provide services to those individuals who have an NDIS package with goals for Psychological (self or plan managed only) or behaviour therapy (NDIA managed).

Whilst we understand that life and children can be unpredictable, please note that we require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. Please email or telephone that you can not attend as soon as possible so we can fill the appointment time. Please see our policies page for the full cancellation policy.
A full fee will be charged if an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours or a client fails to attend.
